TERMS & CONDITIONS
PREPAID LESSONS AND CASH IN CAR PAYMENTS
The first lesson made by a pupil must be prepaid. In order for the lesson to be confirmed and honoured by our instructors, prepayment must be made at least 48 hours prior to the lesson. Payment can be made online or by ringing our dedicated call centre. This provides the pupil and instructor both with added security and protection. Following the first lesson the method for future payments can be agreed with the instructor to suit both parties (online, phone, bank transfer or cash in car).
Packages – Please be advised if you choose to buy one of our packages, full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
Cash – cash in car payments are a personal contract made between you the customer and the instructor. Jarrett’s Driving School take no responsibility for payments made using this method. We strongly recommend making all payments online or by ringing our Customer Service department to give you added protection and security.
Payments Made Directly to Instructors – Any payment made directly to a driving instructor, whether by cash, bank transfer, standing order, debit card, credit card, online payment platform or any other payment method, creates a separate contractual agreement solely between the pupil and the self-employed driving instructor.
