He was professional, calm, clear and encouraging. He was very knowledgeable, had good materials for lessons, shared videos to me often and was highly reliable about lessons. After a few attempts, I finally passed my driving test today, and I genuinely don’t think I would have got there without her support and encouragement. I had the worst confidence and there were times when I really doubted myself. Liliana never gave up on me. She was always there to encourage me, build my confidence and remind me that I could do it. She has not only helped me pass my test, but has made me a much better and a more confident driver. I’m so grateful for all the time, patience and belief she has given me throughout my journey. I took a few lessons with both of them, including a lesson on the day of my test, and I was very happy with the entire experience. Both Vikas and Leyloma were extremely clear, patient, supportive and professional. They focused on teaching me the key things I needed to know and made sure I understood the rules, signs and expectations for the UK driving test. They were also consistently punctual and reliable — arriving exactly when agreed, and making the pick-up and drop-off process very convenient. I struggled learning to drive and have had several instructors, but Sian made me feel super comfortable from the start and helped me quickly build in confidence. She believed in me when I often didn’t. She explained everything extremely well and we really bonded – I’m going to miss our lessons together!
