He is one of the most humble, patient and genuinely kind instructors I have ever met. As I’m 59, it sometimes takes me a little longer to pick things up but Saif never made me feel rushed or discouraged. He was always supportive, calm and encouraging, which made a massive difference to my confidence. Before joining Jarrets, I had a terrible experience with another driving school. They wanted to charge me extra for a mock test and wanted £250 just to rent the car for my driving test. What was I renting, a Ferrari? The difference with Jarrets was night and day.
